York Cycleworks Ladies Road Race
For years now we've run a series of successful men's road races and recently we've had calls asking us to run a ladies road race to. Well, we listen and on the 27th August we are please to be able to bring you our first Ladies Road Race.
For this event we've developed a new circuit, one that will offer different challenges and attacking opportunity. Coupled with traffic management to ensure all junctions are closed and riders are kept safe, neutral service and refreshments at sign on, we have everything to make a great days racing!
Racing starts at 10am on Sunday the 27th August from Flaxton Village Hall and is open to 2nd, 3rd and 4th Cat riders. The total distance of the race will be 35 miles.
To ensure that this race can go ahead we need to have as many riders as possible signed up by the end of June, so don't hold back! You can get further details and sign up on the British Cycling Website, which can be found by clicking here.
