There's nothing - absolutely nothing
half so much worth doing as messing about on a bike.

York Cycleworks is keen to promote social and competitive cycling at all levels.  We do this through our club rides on Saturdays and Sundays, chain gang training sessions during the week, and running a series of TT events in the Summer months in conjunction with Clifton Cycling Club.

In addition, we run other events in and around York, including training sessions at York Sport cycle track where we give specialist instruction on, among other things, group riding.

We also organise and promote the Scotton 100K - affectionately known as "Yorkshire's Hell of the North".  This 60 Mile circular on & off road route takes in sections of bridleway and tracks. Starting and finishing at Staveley Village Hall.  This year it runs on Sunday April 14th.
